Under the "American's with Disability" Act (ADA), all businesses and organizations who serve the public must allow people with disabilities to bring their service animals in all areas of the facility where people are normally allowed to go. The ADA defines a service animals as dogs that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability.
