How Do We Obtain Your Data and Photo for Imprinting on Your ID?

After you complete your purchase, an email is sent to you through Amazon Messaging with a link to register your dog. This registration contains all the data we need to print your ID including the photo of your dog you uploaded during registration. The registration number is not only printed on our badges, but also a QR code with the link to the website to view your unique registration. The QR code allows fast look-up of your registration with just a cell phone photo of the QR code on your card badge. When you register, your registration number will be assigned immediately.

Custom Full Color QR ID Cards

Our professionally designed, custom full color, high definition, ID cards are guaranteed to meet your satisfaction. Our ID cards are the same size as a credit card, so you can easily carry them in your wallet or purse or attached with the provided strap to your dog’s harness or collar.

Are you required to have a photo ID and/or a vest?

No-The ADA does not require service animals to wear a photo ID tag, vest, or specific harness.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason. You'll just need to return the items back to us within 30 days of your purchase. Just let us know, and then send us the tracking number of your package. That way both of us will know when we receive the package.

If your ID cards arrive and you discover they are incorrect (printed differently than how you originally placed your order), we'll remake and send them FREE with the correct information within 72 hours. If you are not happy with the photo on your ID card, please email us at help@just-paws.com and explain what did not meet your expectations, and we will send you a proof of the corrected ID Card by email before shipping the second time. You will need to return the old card for us to process the new one at no charge.
